I agree if those issues can be delt with ( which I think they can), there is great possibilty here.

I echo what  Cigaro said about defining the image. It's a bit weak at the moment.

Hey! I like this, but I do have some crit for you:

• it looks unfinished, very pale and light, as if only half of it is sketched. "undefined as they said"
• the eye is the most developed part of the drawing, but something is a little off... add some shadow to the white part of the eye as well, and I think the pupil+iris are too big. I dunno what it is that makes me look twice but somethings a little off, though not enough to be much of an issue.
• ADD SHADOWS this has no depth, everything is of one value.

I think you should work on this more and make it more finished then post it back up, not because its bad but because i think it would be a huge improvement.

I agree with squeaky on adding more darks. this looks entirely done in a light h4 h2. Adding a few 4b shadows to the areas will not put as much attention on the eyes.

places as is the mouth, inside the noise, in the ear, and through-out the hair are much darker.

I must say you have a great understanding on perspective.
